Pavilion Reservations
Members of Brookside Campground can Reserve the Pavilion for Private use provided Brookside has no event in place. The last Saturday in the month is always reserved for Association Monthly Meetings at 10:00am until.
To Reserve you must enter your name on the calendar date posted in the Pavilion. Brookside Rules and Restrictions Apply to the Pavilion usage. You must clean up and dispose of trash in the dumpster container. The pool is never reserved for use at anytime. Once the bathrooms in the pool area are winterized they are not to be used. This takes place when the pool is shut down for the season. Keys to the cabinets are where Brookside stores event supplies and not for private use.

Remember you are responsible for cleaning up after using the Pavilion. All food placed in the refrigerator or freezer must be removed. Be sure all lights and fans are turn off when leaving. The official signup sheet to reserve your date and time is located on the bulletin board in the Pavilion. Do Not call a board member to reserve. The reserved dates will no longer be posted on Brookside's Website; please check the signup sheet in the Pavilion for availability. The Pavilion must be left clean or the person reserving will be billed the cleaning charges.
Contact a Brookside Board Member to reserve the Pavilion or if you have questions. Reserving the Pavilion does not include pool permissions you are reserving the Pavilion only. NO POOL RESERVATION ALLOWED AT ANY TIME.
