Pavilion Reservations
Members of Brookside Campground can Reserve the Pavilion for Private use provided Brookside has no event in place. The last Saturday in the month is always reserved for Association Monthly Meetings at 10:00am until.

To Reserve you must enter your name on the calendar date posted in the Pavilion. Brookside Rules and Restrictions Apply to the Pavilion usage. You must clean up and dispose of trash in the dumpster container. The pool is never reserved for use at anytime. Once the bathrooms in the pool area are winterized they are not to be used. This takes place when the pool is shut down for the season. Keys to the cabinets are where Brookside stores event supplies and not for private use.

May 16th & May 23RD Park clean-up if you can’t make one maybe you can make the other date.

May 30, 2026 – Spaghetti Dinner 12:30PM. Please bring a covered dish, dessert, and/or drinks to share

June 1, 2026 Owner’s Lot deadline for clean-up.
June 27, 2026 HOA meeting of 2026. 10:00AM/ We need names of nominees for candidates by meeting in July.

July 4th, 2026 – Barbecue (time to be announced) withGolf Cart Parade, Duck Race, Fireworks.
July 25, 2026 HOA meeting 10:00AM/ NOMINATE NEW Members to vote on to serve on the Board
August no meeting Ballets will be mailed out by the middle of the month.
September 5, 2026 HOA ANNUAL meeting of 2026. 10:00AM / VOTING DAY Per By-Laws.

September 26, 2026 HOA Meeting at 10:00am in the Pavilion.
– Hot Dogs & Hamburgers Meal (time to be announced, sometime after the HOA meeting). Please bring a covered dish, dessert, and/or drinks to share.
